Lakeview Estates, Eleuthera Bahamas

Fresh faces of development are being carved along the shores of the country’s first-settled isle.  Eleuthera is 110 miles long and two miles wide at its widest point, the island is named after the Greek word for Freedom and was discovered by new settlers who want peace, tranquility and a good life.

Many celebrities like Patty Labelle, Lenny Kravitz and Mariah Carey all have properties there. Mariah Carey recently wed in her Eleuthera, Bahamas home.

Lakeview Estates is a prime 42.5 acre development. There are many large developments approved in the island in the range of $500 million up to $1.3 billion.

We feel that the time to buy in Eleuthera is now, be it vacant land, a house or a condo. In the 4 plus years we have been going to the island we have seen a steady increase in the values of Real Estate.

Lakeview Estates is just 5 minutes south of Governor’s Harbour which is the business district in Eleuthera. In Governor’s Harbour you will find hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, a hospital, a movie theater and much more... The restaurants have a very warm and cozy atmosphere and serve excellent food always with a smile from the locals.

The beaches are about 5 minutes away from the property. Lakeview Estates is situated by a salt water lake that has an underground connection to the sea, so there is low and high tides.

The lots by the lake can have their own beach and dock.

We are now working closely with one of the other property owners by the lake to buy out 3 to 4 other properties on the lake. This will give us the possibility to then open up a canal out to the ocean and the whole lake will be a perfect Marina. This will increase the value dramatically of the lots. In general, the prices on Eleuthera are going upwards all the time. There is also a Marina approximately 10minutes south of us and the airport is only 20 minutes away.
