Sunset
Cove is situated in a subdivision called Rainbow Bay
on the Island of Eleuthera, Bahamas. This property is on the
spectacular sunset side of the Island. All units will have a
beautiful view of the sunset, the calm Caribbean
waters and the pool. They all have 2 stories and 2
porches.
Sunset
Cove is approximately 30 minutes away from Governor's Harbour Airport. There are several daily flights from Fort
Lauderdale and Miami (about 1 hour) going into one of the 3
airports on the Island.
The units will bring about $150 - 200 a
night, if the owners want to rent it out and the financing
can be obtained through Royal Bank of Canada, 30% down.

Across the street you will find a cozy
little hotel called the Rainbow Inn. There you can eat local
and American cuisine in the restaurant or just relax in the
bar, listening to live music. Rainbow Bay has a very nice
white sandy beach, a tennis court and 2 boat launch areas.

At
100 miles long and a mere 2 miles wide, Eleuthera
effortlessly keeps travelers near its pink and white sand
beaches. Together with Harbour Island, Eleuthera charms
travelers with colonial villages and pineapple plantations.
Fascinating sites include and island ocean swimming hole,
Preacher's Cave and the Glass Window Bridge.
With water temperatures averaging
about 80 degrees F year around, water sports are
naturally a popular vacation activity. Throw on a swimsuit.
Grab a towel. Explore the emerald-green, turquoise, and
crystal-blue waters one sport at a time, right outside
your doorstep.
Anticipation is building as the
development of Eleuthera Island increases. With economic,
political and social conditions that provide a fertile
business environment, The Bahamas is indeed a paradise
for investment. They offer a number of unique
advantages - freedom from taxation, democratic
stability and investment incentives - and an infrastructure
that encourages, supports and awards international
investment.
